More than one fold challenge

Morning to all my crafty friends , sorry i havent been around much just lately , i am having lots of problems with my eyes and headaches , and the monitor screen doesnt help , so i have had to stay away from my pc .

Here is my card for this weeks challenge over at http://pennyschallenges.blogspot.co.uk/

The theme is , More than one fold , for this card i used a template from Rob Addams Template cd , the card is from Hunky Dory , and was alreaddy coloured , so didnt have much to do with it , the Gorgeous image is from Sassy Studio Designs http://sassystudiodesigns.blogspot.co.uk/

 

 

I loved working with this image , she was just sooooo easy to colour , for which i used my Promarkers , to finish the card off i used some pearl hearts and bows , some seam binding , and a greeting , I know there isnt much on this card but i wanted it to be all about the card fold and the  image .

DT card for Pennys paper-crafty challenge

This is my DT card i made for the challenge over at  http://pennyschallenges.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/challenge-94-shaped-cards-and-our-dt.html

 

I coloured the image in with pencil crayons , the card is from Hunky Dory , its embossed and glittered , i went over the card with red distress ink , i used a spellbinder die to cut the image out , also to make the snowflakes , the tag is from my stash , it looks really dark but its not much darker that the backing card ..... i hope you will play along with us on  this challenge , there is also a Dt call attached to this challenge , so go over the Pennys paper-crafty site for more info ......Hugs Sue xxx

There are lots of layers , die duts and embossing on this card , i chose to use the purple and green combo , and i really like the colours together . The image is so sweet and a treat to colour , I made the flowers using papers from the matting and layering , and added faux pearls to finish it all off . For the sentiment i used an ambossing folder , then sanded the image back to reveal the white core of the card

Hi everyone , this morning i have a card that i made as GDT for the Joanna Sheen challenge ...

Here is the card i made , I put a lot of work into this card , using ribbon ,lace, flowers , spellbinders , pearls, promarkers, distress inks , and i made a hatpin decoration , with a  tiny teddy bead on it .... I love the image i think she is soooooo sweet , and was  so easy to colour .....

Now for the card that i made for this challenge ........

 

For this card i used a white card blank folded , then matted some gorgeous pearlized pink card that a very good friend of mine sent me for my birthday , all the rest of the papers are from my stash , i have had them that long i have no idea where i got them from . I cut the edges with a Martha Stewert punch around the page  punch . I used some brown butterfly ribbon , and pink pom pom ribbon , and a greeting .The image is from http://www.bugaboostamps.com/. This image is gorgeous , really easy to colour .

Hiya to you all , i was picked to be on a Design team for http://ladyannespapercrafts.ning.com/page/2nd-colour-challenge

Here is the card i made for my  first challenge .....

The challenge is a colour challenge , and this is the brief we got .....

 

I went through all my papers and thought this one from a MCS book i have had for quite some time , but they are so gorgeous i havent wanted to use them lol . The shaped card is one of HunkyDorys , the stamped sentiment is from Sincere Sentiments from Creative Expressions ,i stamped the image onto a Spellbinder shape , then threaded some pink rafia paper through the holes , then  i backed the stamp onto some purple mirri board , the whole thing was finished off with deep pink ribbon , a bow , and card candi .

Here is the card i made using an image from Saturated Canary

 

 The image was really great to work with , and loved colouring it in with my Promarkers . All the papers are from my stash , i have had them such a long time i cant remember were i got them . There is lace and buttons from my stash . there is faux stitching around the card , and has you can see on the 2nd pic the inside is decorated to compliment the outside .....

This image is from Bugaboo , it is a gorgeous image and lovely to work with , i coloured it in using Promarkers matted onto red and white dotted card and edged with cream lace . There is also a mat of patterend paper which i embossed , the first layer of patterned paper is from an MCS book , its embossed and glittered , its gorgeous paper , and its the first time i have used any from the book , i just look at it and put it away , but i thought this image needed some paper with a wow factor .... I finished off with faux gems and a ribbon ....

This image is from Michelle Perkett, and is another gorgeous image , again coloured with Promarkers , the white back ground has been embossed , then used papers from stash cut to fancy shapes and edged with Martha Stewarts punch around the page . The flower was made by me using white lace and needle and cotton , put 2 layers of lace on top of one another and added a card candi to the centre , i also added some ribbon and 3 more card candi to finish card off ....

Right onto my card ..........

 

I made an easel shaped card for the challenge , i used a Hunky Dory card blank , and half of another to create the easel . The papers i used are all from my stash  (sorry i cant remember whos papers they are as i have had them too long )

 I loved working with this image , i used  Promarkers to colour her in , then fussy cut around her , and mounted her on foam tape . The doily is from my stash , as are the gems, lace, and the greeting .Some of  the flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts and others from ebay ....
